About us

Automation built by people who run a business.

Durham Consolidated grew out of a practical need: keeping up with the daily volume of messages, paperwork and coordination in property management.

Our story

Running rental properties means answering the same prospect questions many times a week, preparing leases, chasing signatures, and coordinating repairs between tenants and maintenance staff. None of it is complicated. All of it takes time, and when it slips, customers notice.

So we built an AI assistant to handle the routine parts and bring everything else to a person. It was developed inside the business, against real inquiries and real repair requests, and improved each time something did not go as planned.

Durham Consolidated was formed to take what we learned and offer it to other businesses, starting with the industry we know best. Our first product, the AI Property Management Assistant, is being developed for property management teams.

What we believe

How we work with customers

Practical over impressive

We measure success by the work taken off your plate, not by how advanced the technology sounds.

People stay accountable

Automation should make your team more effective. Decisions about customers, money and commitments stay with people.

Straight answers

We say what is ready, what is not and what we do not know yet. No inflated claims.

Careful with information

Customer conversations and records are handled with the same care we expect for our own business.

What real-world use taught us

  • An assistant is only as good as the facts it is given, so it should ask when it is unsure rather than guess.
  • Some messages must never be answered automatically. Knowing which ones matters as much as answering the rest.
  • Owners need to see what was said on their behalf, and why.
  • Small, dependable improvements are worth more than ambitious features that need constant supervision.

Let's talk about your business
